FLUTED PUMPKIN LEAF SOUP

FLUTED PUMPKIN SOUP 
What I like about this pumpkin soup is that is easy to make and also look fresh and tasty, you end up eating more soup than the carbs, which is healthy.
                                        MY SPICED MEAT, FISH,STOCK FISH AND POMO
                                                     WHEN I ADDED MY RED OIL
                                       WHEN I ADDED MY CRAYFISH AND PEPPER
                                                  WHEN THE SOUP BEGINS TO BOIL

                                                             PUMPKIN SOUPSERVED WITH EBA

      INGREDIENTS FOR FLUTED PUMPKIN SOUP
  1. Meat
  2. Fish
  3. Stock fish
  4. Fresh fish
  5. Crayfish
  6. Red oil
  7. Fresh pepper
  8. Seasoning cube
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pomo (optional
  11. Fluted Pumpkin leaf

COOKING STEP
  • I washed and boiled my meat, pomo, stock fish, fresh fish with salt, seasoning cube and fresh pepper no water added.
  • When the pot was getting dry I add some water and cover to boil
  • After boiling until the meat and fish is tender, I add my palm oil and cover to cook for about 5mins then I added my crayfish and pepper with seasoning cube and salt and continue to cook
  • When the soup begins to feel the taste I added my cut Pumpkin leaf
  • Ask soon as the pumpkin leaf boils once, i turned off the heat
  • I served my pumpkin soup with Eba, it can be served with pounded yam, semovita or amala
